Debt free and privately owned, we have experienced continued year-on-year growth and are looking to expand our team with commercially driven and ambitious people.

Right now, we are specifically looking foran up-and-coming operations professional to join the team as an Operations Analyst and help us continue with our success story. This role is integral to the day-to-day running of our business and ensures the delivery of a smooth transactional payments process.


The successful person will be responsible for:

Swift execution and delivery of payments, both foreign exchange and international payments, for our clients.

Completing payment investigations when required to resolve any outstanding client settlement queries.

Assisting with the management of funds and bank balances on a daily basis.

Processing settlements for transactions completed via debit card, credit card, direct debit or bank transfers.

Identifying any exceptions in relation to any payment and any associated financial risks.

Acting as the first port of call for client payment queries, either on the telephone or via e-mail.

Dealing with complex payment queries in a timely manner to address critical issues.

Resolve any outstanding settlement or account errors.

Take on ad-hoc duties such as assisting in maintaining relationships with clients via inbound telephone or email, basic compliance checks and liaising with internal departments such as sales and dealing for project based work.


The successful person will have the following:

Previous experience working in an operations, treasury or settlements role with specific exposure to handling foreign exchange and international payments; either in an FX company or Bank.

Great attention to detail and can easily identify irregular trends or patterns through a meticulous approach to work.

A good communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Payments/Dealing platforms.

An interest in the financial markets and a desire to join a growing FX & Payments business.
