Job Description We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Administrator to join an already successful Internal Recruitment Team who are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual who can support and contribute to our team, in order to provide a supportive administration and consultative service for a defence company based at Aztec West, Bristol.

This exciting opportunity will involve the management of the recruitment administration process, providing excellent administration skills, across a variety of different business areas, including Automotive, Training, Energy and Engineering and Corporate. This role will be varied and will see the ideal candidate providing excellent customer care to internal/ external candidates and hiring managers, arranging interviews and assessments, providing detailed interview feedback, managing all administration duties and providing general recruitment and administration support to the team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer relationship skills in order to develop and maintain relationships to support candidate engagement and provide excellent administration skills, combined with an ability to communicate effectively, whilst working to strict deadlines across a variety of business areas.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and support with recruitment administration
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates and third parties as required
- Create and post attractive job adverts
- Manage candidate attraction through multiple channels
- Manage the recruitment process effectively, including Management Information and figures
Shortlist quality candidates and provide recommendations
- Support a team of 4 with all elements of recruitment administration, across all business units.
- Ability to multi-task whilst managing expectation

The successful candidate will have significant administration experience (ideally from a recruitment or HR background) along with extensive experience of managing process
Commercial recruitment/ resourcing/ HR/ talent experience. You will have short listing and telephone interviewing experience (or similar) along with extensive use of Microsoft Excel and Word. You will have excellent relationship management skills and be a team player with strong communication skills. You will have a clear proactive approach to planning in order to achieve results. Knowledge of the Education and Training markets preferred but is not essential.
