What we look for

We are looking for a Law Graduate that can move into a support and training analyst with the ability to troubleshoot issues and help our customers in a friendly and engaging manner. You must be able to work through issues with our customers and try to identify a resolution. Your customer base will consist of legal professionals including solicitors, barristers and judges. As such, you will be expected to have well developed soft skills including accurate punctuation and good grammar. We are looking for an able individual who is willing to learn, is diligent in the work they do and has good written and oral presentation ability.

Overview of role

The role will:

Initially cover, then take ownership for both the support and user training functions. For support, there are helpdesk systems used that need to be monitored, and issues resolved. For training the initial task will be to review existing training material and update the material where appropriate. Additional training material will be required following the existing style. Once the systems are understood the expectation would be to train users both over the phone and in person.

Key responsibilities of the role include:


Monitor systems and answer support issues

Investigate more complex issues

Run monthly reports for clients

Managed individual customer accounts


Training new and existing customers

Produce new and update existing training material

Limited IT maintenance

Maintain hardware in the office


Technical skills

Knowledge of IT systems


Experience working in a technical environment

Experience working in a support environment

Experience with assisting users in the use of software

Other skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A proven self-starter

Innovative & creative in finding solutions

Able to pick up ideas quickly & with a desire to learn

Good eye for detail

Customer service mind-set
