Position Description:

Programme Planning Coordinator

Report to the Senior manager, leading and supporting the engineering team members & functional representatives in the planning , coordination, approval and delivery of all programme activities. Develop and maintain programme deliverables. Work closely with cross functional teams and vendors to facilitate the development & achievement of detailed work stream plans. Analyse & report progress against the plans. Compile management reports and associated metrics to support management reviews. Assist in resolution of timing conflicts and make recommendations to maintain milestones within the PCS process. Communicate project timing to ensue all functions are aware of the future activities and are aligned to achievement of the plan. work with suppliers to ensure that all contracted documentation is received, filed and stored in accordance with the engine plant procedures. coordinate and facilitate departmental governance meeetings for the team. Ensure all JLR internal documentation is filed and stored in accordance with company procedures and that all project folders are consistently maintained and adhere to the DRIM policy within JLR. Administer PTME system.

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED 1. Programme management knowledge and experience 2. Excellent presentation and communication skills 3. Confident working with and manipulating large quantities of data.

Experience Required:
Experience of working on large complex projects in OEM organisations is essential, Qualifications desirable but not necessary if relevant knowledge and experience can be demonstrated.

Experience Preferred:
Usual knowledge of key Microsoft software - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project etc. Knowledge of procedures and how they operate in large companies. Complex project interactions understood and able to be analysed and compiled.
