The Role :

Selling chilled and hot foods, wines, beers and catering products into the Free Trade market. Dealing with owners and managers of restaurants, pubs, clubs and cafes across the SW postcodes in London. Providing a one stop shop service for the catering market. 50/50 split between account management and new business.

The Candidate :

Will come from a background selling into the HORECA market place. Ideally you will have sold to chefs but applications from on-trade sales people or from those selling other products or services will also be considered. We will also consider chefs who are looking to start a sales career providing they have the right drive and determination to succeed and a good relationship building style.

£32,000 - £36,000 basic
Uncapped OTE £10,000 +
