Global Sales Manager - Laser Printing - We are part of a global group that designs, manufactures and markets innovative technology products for a diverse range of industrial end users. The Global Sales Manager is a new and exciting opportunity for a proven International sales manager to make a high profile strategic contribution to international growth.

SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Company car or Car allowance + Healthcare scheme + Contributory Pension scheme + Life Assurance + Group benefits.

LOCATION: Covering - Midlands, South East, East Anglia, although there will be frequent International travel up to 50% of the time.

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Leicester, Welwyn Garden City, Northampton, Peterborough, Coventry, Bedford, Enfield.

THE COMPANY - Global Sales Manager - Laser Printing

Part of a fortune 200 group we are a UK based manufacturer, designing and marketing a leading range of coding and marking solutions for end users in a range of industrial sectors including, Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Automotive, selling globally through distribution partners. For over 25 years we have been improving productivity for some of the world`s best known brands.

This new international role has been created due to growth in excess of 30% over the last 2 years. This position will have responsibility for driving sustainable market share gains and profitability targets across a portfolio of specialist capital equipment in established markets as well as with emerging and new applications. An understanding of product management will assist in quickly identifying and capitalising on these opportunities.


- Proven track record of success in in driving sales revenue through distribution partners
- Ideally you will have had experience of working within a process-driven multi-national manufacturing environment
- Working within a matrix, influencing others.
- You will be used to taking full accountability.
- Strong account management skills
- An understanding of how distribution channel works and what is required to keep it moving and running efficiently
- You will be experienced in introducing new products and providing training as required.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Possess a blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
- Any Experience in marketing and/or product management would be beneficial

- Drive sales revenues with our global distributors.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of 7 products.
- Managing sales or product development projects alongside the distributors.
