Our client is a highly respected Industrial and Commercial recruitment business with a growing portfolio of clients and an expanding network of offices. As an Area Manager you will be responsible for contributing to company profitability through the effective management of 2 branches initially with scope for further responsibility within the next half year. You will develop the branch managers and in turn their consultants, within the core business areas and maximise business with existing clients as well as driving the taking of market share from the competition. As important as anything you do will be the promotion of a positive team environment through an approachable and motivational style. You will also be expected to take an active role, in the selection and recruitment of staff members, within corporate guidelines. This is a demanding and target-driven environment, but the rewards will be as great as the challenge.

Your success will be dependent on your team working skills and how you take lead in the training and development of your staff. You will also monitor and communicate financial results and work closely with your operational colleagues to ensure our client's and candidate's expectations are consistently met.
