KM Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a private Welfare to Work Training organisation who is looking to appoint an experienced Centre Manager based in Coventry.

-The successful candidate will have experience of leading a team of Employability Tutors and Employer Engagement / Recruitment Officers-

The Role:

- Lead, motivate and performance manage a team of Employability Tutors and Employer Engagement / Recruitment Officers, to achieve sustained high performance, learner referrals, progressions and high quality programme delivery.
- Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI`s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
- Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of the company`s strategic objectives and vision.
- Carrying out regular performance reviews with staff to ensure overall team targets are met and/or exceeded.
- Carry out regular observations of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
- Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.
- Represent the company at external regional and national events.
- Responsible for budget management and profit and loss.
- Work with your team to build, manage and maximise business opportunities and build new relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring our clients brand is maximised at all times.
- Produce regular reports on team performance, along with any other reports required by external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

- Experience of working as a Manager within a similar role within the Welfare to Work sector.
- Proven experience of people and performance management.
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving contractual targets in line with company objectives.
- Experience of motivating and inspiring a diverse team.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
