Our client specialises in providing data centre, cloud, connectivity and voice solutions. As a result of their continued structured growth, they are now looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing a professional, high quality support service to our client's customers and partners, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved.

Working as part of a 24/7 team, you'll receive, manage and assist with the resolution of technical incidents, issues and problems. You'll ensure that tickets are managed through to resolution in-line with SLAs.

Specifically, your duties will involve:

- Liaising with customers via the telephone, email and e-chat conversations
- Escalating tickets to 2nd and 3rd Line Engineering Teams when necessary
- Logging broadband, circuit and WLR faults with third party providers
- Building and setting up new starter equipment such as laptops and iPhones
- Monitoring account creation and permission management

Interested? To be considered, you must have:

- Previous experience in a helpdesk and/or IT support position
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 7 and/or XP and Windows 2003 and/or 2008

Proactive and eager to learn, as a Service Desk Analyst, you must have great communication skills and a strong customer focus. You must also have a team player mentality and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

An ITIL Foundation qualification would be beneficial to your application, as would experience gained within an NOC environment.
