2ND Line Support Analyst - Leading MSP

Location: Central London / Redhill

Salary: £25'000 - £28'000 + Benefits

My client is a leading MSP who are currently seeking a 2ND Line Support Analyst to help deliver customer focussed, technical support to SME's and large commercial brands. The 2ND Line Support Analyst with spend 60% in the office and 40% working with clients onsite concentrating of BAU and Projects. As the 2ND Line Support Analyst you will work and troubleshoot across Desktop, Server and Network technologies. They have the vast majority of their customers working within a Hyper V environment so experience in this area would be very desirable.

You will need experience with the following:

- Windows OS's up to and including Windows 10
- Windows Server 2008 - 2012
- Active Directory including Group Policy
- Office 365 Support and Administration
- Exchange
- LAN / WAN troubleshooting experience

It's expected that you'll work 3-4 Days from either London or Redhill with the other 1-2 Days spent in the other. Both locations are very accessible via mainline trains and London Underground.

You will have access to a Car/Van for site visits so it is requested to have a Full UK Drivers Licence.
