Operations Clerk

South Bermondsey

£15k Per Annum

Mon - Fri 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m

A branded products manufacturer is looking for a new operations clerk. The client is a well established supplies and packaging company and they are looking for someone to assist with the drivers paperwork as soon as possible.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with goods-in
  • Uploading goods-in onto the system
  • Data entry
  • Check paperwork
  • Talk to suppliers regarding any queries
  • Dealing with and checking driver's delivery notes
  • Check for any discrepancies and liaise with the driver and customer to resolve any issues
  • Dealing with emails and calls
  • Scan delivery notes onto the system
  • Filing
  • Other ad hoc duties

Required Experience:

  • Be happy to work in the Bermondsey area
  • Be immediately available to start
  • Have neat and clear handwriting (for delivery notes)
  • Have excellent communication skills - particularly over the phone
  • Be organised and proactive with the ability to prioritise you work load
