We have an exciting opportunity for a very experienced Office Administrator to join our small team based in Shoreditch, London.

Who are we?

We're a small firm of Chartered Surveyors offering complete property solutions.

We're all fully qualified property experts and surveyors but at the same time extremely enthusiastic and friendly.

What's the job?

Here are some more details of what you'll be doing:

- Communicate with customers by phone and email, dealing with a variety of queries and resolving them
- Taking and organising room bookings from customers looking to hold a meeting or host a workshop. See our dedicated portal by searching Shoreditch Meeting Rooms
- Organise repairs for all our clients and customers
- Coordinate with others in the team so they know what is needed from them
- Create invoices and take payments
- General office administration

What do we need from you?

It's important you're flexible.we're a small team and sometimes you'll just need to help out.

We need enthusiasm and a good work ethic.

What else?

- You'll need significant experience of working as an office administrator, in a small, busy office environment.
- Excellent communication skills including a high level of reading and writing in English
- Accurate data entry and PC skills and ideally experience of using Microsoft
- Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- You'll be comfortable setting up basic IT equipment
