The Role

Robert Half is pleased to be recruiting a Administration Assistant to undertake a temporary role with a Coventry based business.Reporting to the Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Assisting with negotiations

* Researching potential suppliers

* Loading orders on to System and ensuring accurate

* Resolving queries efficiently and effectively

* General Administration duties

Your Profile

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

* Able to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to prioritise workload in line with business demands

Salary & Benefits

Depending upon experience this role will pay £8.00 per hour plus holiday and on-site parking.The role is initially for 3 months with potential to be extended there after.
