You will be working for...

A company that consists of several production companies. They work alongside various artists, producers, DJ's, campaigns and events as each of the companies delivers a client or in-house project/ release/ launch.

In this role, you will be...

- Ensuring the building is kept in a presentable state
- Dealing with online and social media marketing daily (out of hours and weekends included)
- Processing and tracking invoices
- Project assisting/managing
- Dealing with Staff co-ordination
- Client managing
- Typing minutes of meetings
- Dealing with complex diary management
- Dealing with Client hospitality
- Answering and fielding telephone calls and emails, dealing with queries appropriately
- Book keeping
- Doing any other ad hoc duties day to day as requested by Director

Your training...

Starts with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of 10 days of in-centre training in combination with work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling.

You will gain a City & Guilds Level 3 in Business & Administration. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning £25k in a business role.

- Confidence and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent organising skills
- Experience within a media or office environment
- Competency liaising with clients, some of them being high profile individuals
- A keen interest in the media world
- A smart, professional appearance
- 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

Other Important Information...

Daily working hours: 9am - 6pm however; you should be prepared to work flexible hours in the evening and weekends when working on projects and to deadlines
