Working for our establishedclient who is based close to the city centre, this role encompasses elements of marketing, administration and reception. This is a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. Duties typically include:

- Updating websites
- Supporting the sales team administratively with typing and diary management
- Takinng messages
- Ensuring that the window displays are up to date
- Producing sales invoices
- Ordering the office stationary and assisting the office manager with additional duties as and when

The skills required for this position are:

- A good telephone manner
- Typing speeds of 40wpm
- A calm, unflappable manner
- Creative flair and an eye for detail

This is a role that is suited to someone who enjoys change and is happy with the 'chaos factor!' A busy office where no day is ever the same. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work long term as an office manager or marketing person.
