Service Manager - Application Implementation Management

£35-45k + Benefits City of London

Opportunity for a Service Manager with a good technical background to join a manged service company based on site at a major client site in London. Organisation is implementing a new Web Based Application across all global territories and you will be responsible for the delivery of this. Although not a technical hands on role you will be technically competent to be able to deal with the technical teams involved in the implementation.

- Working on site of very large customer
- Understanding of networking (but will not be fixing but understand how things connect)
- Ability to deal with senior people and chair conference calls
- Manage expectations and deadlines
- Relationship management
- ITIL background useful
- Multitask
- Any knowledge of web technologies and applications design helpful

Stakeholder management skills are paramount in this role and the ability to communicate across a diverse range of users across the world. Any additional languages are beneficial but English is the primary language required.

This role will combine Service Management, Project management and technology implementation management.
