SEO Senior Account Manager - £40k - London

Job description

Working as part of a strong, dynamic and talented team. You will assist with the day to day running of some of the biggest and best SEO campaigns around today.

You will:

- Work with the Account Director to understand the clients` business objectives and drive business value through SEO and other owned mediums
- Coordinate and work with your direct reports in order to deliver on the long and short term goals that allow you to fulfil your strategy
- Collaborate with and project manage deliverables coming out from the internal specialist teams across Owned and Earned (Content, Outreach, Creative, PR), ensuring that projects are delivered on time and up to the highest standard
- Be accountable for the use of Owned Media client budget and work with Account Directors to identify and forecast new opportunities
- Contribute to and deliver on new business opportunities where required

The role also involves:

- Create logical and easy to understand roadmaps that proposes priority use of client spend against time available to fulfil
- Where appropriate (dependent on client and pitch size) contribute to SEO pitch planning and content. Write and where required present (Owned Media element of pitch). Coordinate internally to put pitch follow up actions into practice
- Work with the Account Director to track income performance over the year
- Actively drive innovation by feeding requirements and ideas into the testing framework for SEO.
- Deliver `on-brief` ambitious client plans by applying knowledge of; the client, their business/brand ,their customer and how they consume media, their economic environment, industry, previous media campaigns and who their competitors are
- Manage supplier relationships ensuring the supplier is delivering quality of work against budget given
- Analyse data with the client team to influence the priority use of spend to drive maximum impact and ensure clients expectations are being delivered
- Focus on delivering accurate and timely plans - working with the account director to find new and better ways of doing things
- Know how to maximise use of industry tools to back up any analysis
- Use and lead the introduction of new technology to drive efficiency and reduce administration
- Maximise value from suppliers by leading direct reports to build `open` credible relationships
- Ensure weekly, monthly or quarterly meetings/calls are driving and prove value
