My client, a multi-national media and digital marketing communications company and a global leader in its business sector, is currently looking for an experienced Service Level and Performance Manager to be based at the company's headquarters in Central London. The primary purpose of this role is to manage service control processes across a large global technology system, monitoring and reviewing performance of functions across a range of diverse internal teams and outsourced strategic partners. You will probably have worked for a large enterprise or managed services provider with a broad technology base. You will be dynamic and flexible with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile to deliver and manage services in a challenging global environment with multiple stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:-

- A minimum of ITIL V3 foundation accreditation (preferably higher);
- Expert knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, which must include management of Data Sources, Macros/VBA and Pivot Tables;
- A good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes;
- Experience of developing and monitoring Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements as part of a large outsourcing operation;
- Experience of capturing metrics from diverse sources and applications for performance reporting;
- A broad range of technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts;
- Experience of implementing a Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
- Experience with Service Now / Microsoft Service Centre;
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Access database toolsets;
- Experience of Power BI or other BI tools;
- Experience of Microsoft SharePoint administration;
