A new opportunity for growth in the new year. This is a chance to join a small team at the beginning of an exciting journey. We are looking for a self-starter, who understands the pace of technology and how it has changed in last 5 years and how this will continue exponentially. This is not a corporate career position, where you can put your slippers on. You will be part of a fast-paced dynamic environment.

You will be an integral part of the team, and at many times will have to work on your own initiative. No micro managing here, although you will be given full support and training along the way.

As an MSP, our clients fall into two main brackets. SME's up to 50 users and larger customers who have internal IT teams that we support.

Your assignment for the first 6 months will be with one of our larger customers based in Woking. You will be responsible for the day to day infrastructure and user support, while assisting the current onsite engineer to complete projects.

You must be extremely comfortable working in a Microsoft Server, Exchange, VMware and medium size business IT environment. Are you confident communicating with people by telephone, email and in person up to a senior level?

After the initial 6 months with this client in Woking, you will move into supporting a mixture of our smaller customers (who fully outsource their IT) and holiday cover/project support for larger customers. This is a varied role which will help you grow in your technology skills at a rapid rate. You will be responsible for onboarding new MSP customers, so need to be comfortable with documentation (network diagrams, audits), implementing best practices, faults and working on implementation projects. You will also be working closely with the IT Director to implement new technologies in-house and for clients.

Our head office will be in Bedfordshire, although this would suit an engineer based in the London area as you will be working with customers predominately in central London. When not working in the field at customer sites, you will be based from home and expected to come into the head office monthly.
