Chapman Tate are currently looking for an experienced Telecoms Business Development Manager to work from my client's office based reporting directly to the head of Business.

This is a business development / sales focused role primarily focused on new business acquisition and customer retention. The role's objective is to drive profitable growth for the business, providing a professional image whilst promoting the products/service they offer to new business customers, existing customers and partners.

Responsibilities

- Convert new business leads into sales and work with provisioning department to ensure installation
- Sound knowledge of bespoke solutions, such as leased lines, MPLS, Telephony etc.
- Strong end-to-end sales expertise
- Achieve and exceed agreed financial targets
- Engage partners to drive sales and build the relationships from stranger to strategic ally.
- Follow up and qualify self-generated leads that come via the web, inbound and outbound channels including attending business events, trade shows and networking.
- Act as a representative of the company to all customers
- Identify businesses that would purchase our services and be able to take the necessary steps to contact these businesses and close the business.
- Ensure that full sales process is followed effectively to meet customer expectations
- Be up to date with relevant business communications/campaigns

Salary - up to £30K DOE + Car + Uncapped Commission £60k OTE

Required Experience - Extensive knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry
