Zetman is currenlty working with an International Consultancy on the lookout for a talented eCommerce Delivery Manager to join their team in London.

The ideal candidate will have already delivered projects within the eCommerce/Retail sector and is passionate about helping the world's leading companies imagine, design, engineer, and deliver software and digital experiences that change the world.

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred;
- Senior account/engagement management experience in E-Commerce as well as managing and working with offshore teams (preferably Eastern Europe);
- 5-10 years' experience working in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management;
- Strong understanding of software development;
- 5+ years' project management experience;
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines;
- Strong experience working with distributed teams on client side;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary;
- Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership and stakeholder management skills;
- Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
