DevOps Engineer (Linux Red Hat Apache TomCat Puppet Octopus TeamCity DevOps Shell Systems Engineer Continuous Integration Automated Deployment Application Support Agile Banking Finance) required by my banking client in London. You must have the following:

- Current experience as a DevOps Engineer for in-house development teams
- Linux (ideally Red Hat)
- Apache or Tomcat
- One or more of the following: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby, Korn, Bourne, Shell, Java, C++ or Perl scripting
- One or more of the following:
- Continuous integration (Jenkins, TeamCity, TFS, MSBuild, Bamboo/Hudson)
- Automated deployment (Maven, Octopus, Ansible)
- Configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Vagrant, PowerShell DSC)

The following would be DESIRABLE, not essential:

- Finance or banking
- Nagios
- Atlassian Suite
- Git

Role: Pre-Production Linux Red Hat DevOps Engineer for a medium sized bank in London. You will be assigned to a product scrum team that develops, releases and supports in-house mobile banking applications and biometric voice recognition software, built with a combination of .NET, Java, Angular.JS and Node.JS. On your own, or pairing with one other, you will be responsible for the continuous integration, automated deployment and configuration management of applications in the product scrum. You will work with such technologies as Puppet, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, Chef, TeamCity and MSBuild.

As the department grows, you will be given the opportunity to grow into a senior or lead role. You will be involved in the choosing or new tools and technologies to improve an already modern department.
