The Role


As an account manager you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key clients in and around London. You will benefit from a comprehensive training and induction that will be on-going to ensure you are equipped with everything you need to ensure a long successful career. An account managers main task is to uncover to new business opportunities with new and existing accounts.

You will be conversing with senior C-level decision makers within recruitment companies selling a solution that contract recruitment firms and their candidates absolutely depend on. As you become more experienced and confident you will have free rein to go and meet your clients and really forge solid long term relationships/partnerships.

· Working out of their state of the art offices in Canary Wharf - you will be surrounded by the best in the industry and as such you will benefit from industry leading training on an on-going basis

The Candidate

· You will be a recent graduate

· OR you will be a recent graduate / graduate calibre with some commercial exposure.

· You will need to be polished and considered / telesales experience would be advantageous

· You will need to demonstrate a desire to have a successful career.

The Package

· £19-23K basic

· Plus uncapped OTE realistic 10-12K in year 1
