Our client based in Welshpool are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised HR Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving and facilitating the people-focused strategies across the business.
Providing direct operational HR support to advise on all levels of HR issues, including for example, legal compliance, recruitment, employee relations and all HR-related administration.
Identifying business requirements for Learning & Development training needs, as well as the learning needs of individuals and teams.
Designing, delivering and implementing training interventions and programmes across the business.
Providing coaching and performance management across the business, working with relevant managers to establish and implement strategic plans for Learning & Development.
Completing Company induction for new employees as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable and experienced candidate to apply their skill set within a growing organisation. The role operates on a 12 month fixed term contract and offers an attractive salary of CIRCA £30,000 per annum.
