Employers & Recruiters
Which job boards do you advertise with?
We work with the UK's leading job boards and constantly monitor their performance using our bespoke online management system. We also post to several 'job search engines'. Find out more about job boards and our current top rated sites.
How are applicants screened?
All applicants are invited to complete an online screening questionnaire. Results are made available to you in your online account. Use our Applicant Management System to manage applications and to communicate with applicants.
How do I pay for my campaign?
Once we have setup your account you will receive an electronic invoice via email. You will then be transferred to our secure online payment system hosted by SagePay, where you will be able to make a card payment. All major card types are accepted.
Do you offer introductory trials?
Yes, we offer a significant discount on your first order enabling you to try our full service for a period of 28 days. Find out more about our pricing and introductory trial rates.
What job categories and sectors do you cover?
All job categories and sectors are covered by the extensive network of external job boards and recruitment sites that we post jobs to.
How long will it take before my campaign is live?
Your adverts will start to appear on external job boards usually within 3 hours of your order being accepted. We will write your advertisement copy and send you an approval request prior to publication. We will also advise you on the best day of the week to start your campaign.
Will my company logo be displayed?
Yes, your company logo will be displayed throughout our site and also on selected external job boards. Your advertisement on some job boards will be displayed under the Hiredonline brand. We can also keep your brand anonymous if required.
Can I amend my advertisement once it has been published?
No, once you have approved your advertisement copy and it has been published, we are unable to make any changes without incurring additional charges.
Candidates
I applied for a job advertised by Hiredonline, has my CV been put forward?
We operate with complete transparency and therefore all CVs are submitted to the employer for consideration. Once your CV has been sent to the employer, any future contact will be made by them.
How long will it be before I hear from the employer?
The moment you apply to a job vacancy, your CV is instantly made available to the employer. Employers usually contact suitable candidates within the first 2 weeks of the application being made. As a general rule if you haven't heard anything within 2 weeks, please assume your application has been unsuccessful.
Will you let me know if any other similar jobs are registered?
You can setup an unlimited number of job alerts from within your jobseekers account. Set the job criteria and we will send you an email the moment a new job is advertised. You can setup new job alerts here.
Do you send my CV to other companies?
No, your CV is only submitted to the specific company you applied to. We will never send out your CV randomly to other companies. You will however, have the opportunity to make your CV searchable, but this is optional and is setup from within your jobseekers account.
I saw a job advertised on a job board and would like to find out more?
The adverts published on external job boards are advertised under the 'hiredonline' brand. You will find the same advert published on our own website showing the name of the company advertising, from there you can then look up their website. Try searching on the job reference number or job title here.
